Katie Balthrop is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, a Georgia High School Certified Coach and Safe Sport Certified. She has worked with all levels of athletes in sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer, swimming, cross country, track and field, golf, tennis and dance. She has extensive experience developing young athletes with technique training, nutrition and program development.

All athletes are programmed individually based on their ability, needs, goals and sport participation.
